Step into a creative, transformative experience with Roxie & The Mental Felts. These workshops blend storytelling, puppetry, music, and self-discovery to help you reclaim your voice, embrace every part of yourself, and design a life that truly rocks. Whether you’re looking to amplify your recovery, explore your inner world, or express yourself in a whole new way—there’s a tour stop for you.

Rockcovery: An 8-Week Tour to Building a Life That Rocks

Rockcovery is a high-voltage, soul-shaking, 8-week creative recovery workshop for people ready to reclaim their story through music, metaphor, and unapologetic expression. Blending mental health wisdom, rockstar rituals, and emotional storytelling, each week becomes a new track in the album of your healing. By the end of the journey, you’ll have created your own 8-track record—one title per week, plus a final verse, chorus, or bridge from the song you’ve been writing all along.
No musical experience needed—just a willingness to feel heard.
Discover Your Rockstar Self – Step into your power and uncover the bold, unstoppable version of you.

WEEK 1 – VIP PASS: Claim your Rockstar identity
This week, you’ll kick off your journey by naming your inner rockstar and customizing your VIP pass—complete with a stage name, anthem, and vibe. You’ll begin mapping your personal 8-track healing album and setting the tone for what’s to come. This is where the tour begins. The spotlight’s warm. The mic is yours.
Welcome to the stage.
WEEK 2 – THE ROCKSTAR KIT: Your Rockstar Essentials
Stickers on your guitar case. The mic that fits your voice. The backstage must-haves that keep you steady under pressure. Every rockstar has their essentials—and this week, you’ll name yours. What do you need with you when life feels like a sold-out tour with no soundcheck? What keeps you honest, hyped, or just human enough to show up? This is your chance to build your kit—loud, quiet, weird, practical. Whatever gets you through the show.
Carry what keeps you a legend.
WEEK 3 – MIC CHECK: Say the thing
What truth needs to be played so loud it punches a hole in the sky? This week, you’ll step up to the mic and name what you’ve been holding in. It doesn’t have to be polished. It just has to be real. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do… is say the thing.
Sing it soft. Scream it loud. Make it heard.
WEEK 4 – MEET THE BAND: You’re not one voice—you’re a whole damn band
This week, you’ll step into the greenroom of your inner world and start introducing your bandmates—the parts of you that protect, perform, rebel, dream, and hold it all together.
You’ll name them, learn their roles, and piece together the lineup that’s been backstage all along.
Every part has a story. Every story has a sound.
Time to meet your band.
WEEK 5 – AMP ME UP: Power up the purpose
This week is about momentum. What are you building toward? What does boldness look like in your world—and what keeps trying to shut it down? You’ll name the next brave move on your setlist, and explore what it takes to follow through—even when the nerves kick in or the noise creeps back. This isn’t about being loud. It’s about showing up on purpose.
Your cue has come. Time to rock.
WEEK 6 – THE CREW: Your tour, your team, your terms
This week, you’ll define what access means in your life—who gets a backstage pass, who’s earned all-access, and who’s better left in the crowd. You’ll name the people who help you stay in tune, support your setlist, and pass the vibe check when the spotlight hits. Because boundaries aren’t walls—they’re soundcheck settings. And you get to control the volume.
The right crew gets the spotlight exactly where it belongs.
WEEK 7 – RIGGING THE EQUIPMENT: Rockstars shred in the dark
Things break. Plans glitch. The lights go out mid-show. This week, we face the chaos head-on—not to perfect it, but to play through it. You’ll name what’s messing with your groove, where your cords keep getting tangled, and how to keep showing up anyway. This isn’t about waiting until everything’s flawless—it’s about learning to riff in the dark, find your backup gear, and keep the set alive when it would be easier to cancel the show. You’ve got the skills. You’ve got the soul. Let’s make sure your system’s ready for anything.
Let the rain come. You’ll shred anyway.
WEEK 8 – TAKING THE STAGE: This isn’t a performance. It’s an arrival.
After eight weeks of writing, reflecting, and rocking out your truth, this is your moment to step forward and share the part of your journey that matters most. One verse. One chorus. One lyric that speaks the loudest. You decide how it’s shared—spoken, sung, read, or simply felt. You’re not here to impress. You’re here to be witnessed. This is where you claim your voice, your story, and your spotlight. And while we won’t spoil the encore—just know, there is one with a standing ovation.
Strut out. You own your Rockcovery.

This is Rockcovery. Where healing gets loud and every story takes the stage.

Finding Your Inner Mental Felts: Giving Every Part of You a Voice

There are many voices inside you—some you celebrate, some you silence, and some you’ve been told don’t belong. But here’s the truth: every part of you deserves to be heard. In this workshop, you’ll uncover, create, and give voice to your own Inner Mental Felts—the parts of you that make up your story. Through puppetry, storytelling, and self-reflection, you’ll learn to embrace every piece of yourself, even the ones you’ve been told to silence. This isn’t just about healing—it’s about owning who you are, without shame.

Bring the hidden parts of yourself to life through puppetry and storytelling. Each session will guide you through self-discovery, creative expression, and learning to give a voice to every part of you.

Uncovering Your Mental Felts – Recognizing the different parts of yourself and how they shape your story.
Bringing Them to Life – Creating simple, hands-on puppets that represent your inner world.
