Deposit & Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session or event. The remaining balance is due before your scheduled date. Payment plans may be available for larger bookings—just ask.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are transferable to a new date oncewith proper notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
In the case of inclement weather for in-person events, we’ll work together to reschedule—no penalty, no stress.
Location & Travel
All services take place in the Denver-Metro area unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond this range. Virtual sessions (coaching, tarot, consultations) are conducted via Zoom.
Scope of Services
Services provided by Roxie and The Mental Felts—including coaching, workshops, puppet appearances, and tarot readings—are creative, expressive, and empowerment-based. These offerings are rooted in storytelling, lived experience, and the Rockcovery mindset.
They are not clinical therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.
Felty-Grams
When booking a Felty-Gram, you’re reserving the delivery date, not the filming date. Please allow at least 14 days of lead time before your requested delivery date to ensure your custom message is created, filmed, and edited with love.
Rush requests may incur an additional fee depending on availability.
Tarot Services
Tarot sessions with Magpie are offered as creative, intuitive experiences meant to spark insight, reflection, and personal empowerment.
They are considered entertainment services and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

Media & Consent
By booking a service, you may be asked for consent to share photos or video content for promotional purposes. We’ll always get your permission first—your story is yours to tell.
